I found what looked like a 4 inch rock in a bag of Cat Chow Complete 20lb. bag back in early March but did not see anything on their website concerning this. The object is heavy and was covered in cat food dust. The purina rep wanted me to send over photos, which I did and still nothing, I haven't heard anything from them. I purchased this at Walmart so please check your bags of cat food. I reported this to Walmart and they escalated the issue and were very helpful. I had to make several calls to purina, terrible customer service and the one agent hung up on me. I told them that I didn't want anything for free nor did I want their coupons, all I wanted was to let them know so other customers don't run into the same problem or worse yet, a cat gets this in their food and gets sick.
